You must be confident that the cancellation function of your AIRMOODING account can achieve the desired purpose before proceeding with subsequent operations.

1.1 This agreement is a unanimous agreement reached by the account holders of a specific AIRMOODING (hereinafter referred to as "AIRMOODING" or "us") account to terminate the previously agreed "AIRMOODING Website Service Terms" ("Account Agreement") and related matters between the two parties.

1.2 This agreement is an agreement with effective conditions. After you submit your account cancellation application to us, we will follow the relevant instructions in the cancellation prompt to verify your and your account's relevant situation one by one. This agreement will only take effect if you confirm through verification that you meet the account cancellation conditions.

2、 Account cancellation method

3、 Consequences of account cancellation

3.1 Account cancellation means the termination of the account agreement and all service terms, agreements, contracts, etc. under the account, which will have the following consequences for you:

3.1.1 Submitting an account cancellation application is an irreversible operation. After the account is cancelled, it is not possible to continue logging in to the platform or restore the account, and the binding relationship with a third-party account is automatically terminated;

3.1.2 If there are violations and illegal activities before the cancellation, the account subject will still be held responsible after the cancellation, and the responsibility will not be exempted or reduced due to the cancellation of the account.

3.1.3 We will not have the right to continue collecting, storing, and using your personal information and data

After account cancellation, any third party can initiate an application to register the account. After the account is successfully registered, the new account holder shall not be responsible for any actions taken under the account before the account is cancelled.
